Your responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all financial activities related to vehicle sales, including financing and insurance options.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and propose solutions tailored to their financial needs.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth financing process.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports and propose improvements to optimize performance.
• Train and support the sales team on financing and insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and regulations governing financial services.

Profile sought

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service.
