Chief Financial Officer – Auto Dealership | Terrebonne

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Chief Financial Officer to join our team. This key position oversees the management, optimization, and development of the dealership's financial activities while ensuring a high-level customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing revenue related to financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and propose financing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Train, supervise, and support staff on financial products and sales best practices.
• Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management (trends, improvement opportunities).
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.

Profile / Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or financial services; ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven team spirit and ability to motivate, supervise, and develop talents.
