The Role
As the Financial Services Manager, you oversee all financial activities related to vehicle sales. You develop and implement strategies to optimize our financial processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize the profitability of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise financing and insurance related to vehicle sales.
- Understand customers' financial needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth financing process.
- Analyze financial data, produce performance reports, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Train and support the sales team on financing and insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
Profile Required
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while providing exemplary customer service.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
