Main responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble delivery files
• Discount delivered files
• Register vehicles with BMW Canada (RDR)
• Handle registrations and administrative operations related to the SAAQ system
• Welcome and assist clients during transfers and lease buyouts
• Maintain meticulous administrative follow-up of files
• Work closely with sales managers to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet certain clients during F&I activities
• Replace sales managers during vacations or high-volume periods
• Present and sell products and protections when required within F&I functions
• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and sales performance goals
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on BMW programs, tools, and processes
• Perform any other related tasks pertinent to dealership operations
