Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of financial services dedicated to insurance, loans, and automobile warranties.
• Define and implement the service's commercial strategy, set annual objectives, and monitor results to optimize profits and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and manage partnerships with insurers and lenders to offer competitive and tailored offers to each client.
• Oversee the automobile financing and insurance processes to ensure compliance, transparency, and prompt service.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure exceptional customer service and optimal sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales departments to enhance the customer experience throughout the purchasing and ownership journey.
• Manage the service budget and performance indicators (customer satisfaction, conversion rate, profitability).
• Implement development and continuous improvement programs for processes and tools related to financing and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements related to automobile financing and insurance.

Profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum required experience: 3 years in a similar role or in the automotive financial services sector.
• High-level experience is an asset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; results and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and promote talent development.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance practices and applicable legal framework; familiarity with the automotive sector is a plus.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
