Financial Services Manager (F&I) – Hyundai Sherbrooke
About the Company Hyundai Sherbrooke – Garage Renaud Fortier Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in the sale of new and used Hyundai vehicles, offering a full range of services, including financing and insurance. As part of our growth, we are seeking a Financial Services Manager to lead the F&I offerings and support the team towards excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy sales strategies for financial products (insurance, auto loans, extended warranties) tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to propose financial solutions during purchase and after-sales.
- Set performance and customer satisfaction objectives and monitor KPIs to report to management.
- Manage relationships with financial partners and insurers, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
- Optimize client qualification processes, needs assessment, and file processing for a smooth and transparent experience.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Train and develop F&I practices within the team, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Daily Tasks
- Complete and verify sales and lease forms; obtain signatures and necessary documents.
- Develop F&I activity (cold calling and emailing, follow-up with clients) and close deals.
- Obtain and verify credit applications; assess eligibility and terms.
- Collect deposits, manage payments, and issue receipts; ensure collection of financing and insurance fees.
- Review and finalize F&I contracts and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Follow up with clients and contribute to after-sales service to maximize satisfaction and future opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience in selling financial products or similar services (ideally in the automotive sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to simplify products and advise with integrity.
- Leadership skills, team spirit, and initiative.
- Organization, prioritization, and results orientation; ability to operate in a goal-oriented and customer-focused environment.
- Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality regarding client information.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
