Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I) – Valleyfield (M/F)

Chevrolet Buick GMC of Valleyfield, a member of the AutoForce Group, is seeking a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to assist customers in the final stages of their purchase and offer tailored solutions.

About the position

You will guide customers in choosing financing, leasing, and protection options that meet their needs, while ensuring an impeccable customer experience and strict management of files.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a customer experience aligned with the dealer’s reputation.
• Present financing options, leasing, and protection products suitable for the client.
• Work with various financial institutions to obtain the best conditions.
• Prepare, verify, and ensure compliance of financing and leasing files.
• Follow up with institutions and clients until delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team.
• Ensure each vehicle delivery proceeds professionally and positively.

Profile sought

• Ambitious professional proud of their work.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services (F&I) roles in the automotive sector or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Organized and capable of managing a high volume of transactions, even during busy periods.
• Good knowledge of financial institutions and various financing programs.
• Results-oriented and team player.
