Financial Services Director – Motorcycles & ATVs
Location: Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec
Groupe Contant, a leading player in the recreational vehicle industry, is seeking a dynamic and customer service-oriented Financial Services Director to join an engaged and high-performing team. Autonomy, respect, and teamwork characterize our daily work.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on financing and insurance options, proposing the best solutions in compliance with AMF requirements.
- Manage credit requests, prepare contracts, and coordinate vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and partners to ensure financing and insurance coverage.
- Enter and verify data in internal systems and produce necessary reports.
- Develop business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and financial institutions.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service and support teamwork.
- Ensure procedures related to financing, insurance, and associated billing are followed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in financial services management or an equivalent position.
- Knowledge of financing and insurance products and understanding of AMF regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools and credit and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork.
