Powered by Léveillé, the SuperCentre St-Jérôme Auto Deposit is seeking an experienced F&I professional to fill the position of Director of Financial Services. You will assist our guests (customers) with loan options, insurance, and warranties, negotiate the best terms with our banking partners, and ensure that each file is impeccably prepared.

About the position

You will manage the entire customer experience, aligning financing and insurance solutions with each guest’s specific needs, while ensuring compliance and quality of files.

Your responsibilities

• Advise our guests on financing options, insurance, and warranties tailored to their needs.
• Manage financial transactions and negotiate the best conditions with our banking partners.
• Create and maintain lasting relationships with clients through clear and transparent communication.
• Maintain solid relationships with our banking partners and mobilize them as allies.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust actions to optimize results.
• Participate in team spirit and share your expertise and good humor.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&I / Financial Services in the automotive sector.
• Results-oriented with excellent ability to achieve and surpass goals.
• Natural ability to build connections with clients, even the most demanding.
• Team spirit and negotiation skills with financial partners.
• Impeccable integrity and honesty; trust is your strength.
• Positive attitude and constant professionalism.
• Proficiency in IT tools and CRM/financial environments.
