Élite Ford St-Jérôme, a recognized Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme (Quebec) and a member of Groupe Tremblay, is seeking a Financial Services Manager to oversee the financial services offered in connection with vehicle sales (insurance, loans, and warranties).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the financial services department strategy to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the finance team to ensure exemplary customer service.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with financial institutions and insurers to offer advantageous options to customers.
• Ensure compliance of activities and transparency of financing, insurance, and warranty processes.
• Analyze performance indicators, margins, and risks; generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to provide a seamless and personalized customer experience.
• Participate in the development of promotions and campaigns related to financial products and their added value.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in selling financial products, insurance, or warranties related to automobiles; supervisory experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train, guide, and motivate a team; collaborative leadership.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and integrity to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Good command of French; English is an asset.
• Relevant training or equivalent experience in the field.
