Director of Financial Services – Léveillé Ford, Saint-Jérôme

A rapidly growing Ford dealership located in Saint-Jérôme along Highway 15, we are recruiting a Director of Financial Services to manage the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the team responsible for selling insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.
  • Define and achieve revenue goals while prioritizing customer experience and professional ethics.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate advisors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee sales processes, ensure compliance, and maintain transaction quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to provide a seamless and coordinated customer experience.
  • Analyze results, prepare concise reports, and present progress to management.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of staff.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to optimize the financial product offerings.
  • Manage vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institutions' standards.

Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field, ideally in selling financial products and/or team management in the automotive or insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to make clear decisions.
  • Customer service orientation and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
