Your Responsibilities:

• Manage sales transactions for new and used vehicles.
• Handle financing and leasing of vehicles.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up.

Desired Profile:

• Experience: A minimum of one year as a Financial Services Manager.
• Skills: Organized, dynamic, and a good team player.
• Knowledge: Experience with Stellantis is an asset.

Main Tasks:

• Complete sales and leasing forms.
• Manage payments and deposits.
• Review credit applications and contracts.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction via phone and email.

Technical Skills:

• Software:
  • One-Eighty (sales)
  • Dealertrack - F&I
  • Activix - CRM
