Job Description

Manager – AMVOQ Funding Center and F&I Sales Director (Full-Time)

About the position

Do you enjoy being active, building trusting relationships, and achieving concrete results? AMVOQ is seeking a manager to grow our Funding Center, support our members, and contribute to a high-impact project in Quebec. The role combines business development, operational management, member relations, and expertise in auto financing. Flexible location: Quebec, remote work possible, with regular travel across the province.

Responsibilities

Management of the AMVOQ Funding Center

  • Define and implement strategies to increase member usage of the Center.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, financial institutions, and partners.
  • Promote services and assist members in their usage.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose growth initiatives.
  • Oversee current activities and ensure operational efficiency, quality, and service compliance.
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and recommend improvement areas.
  • Optimize processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure a professional and tailored service experience for members.
  • Serve as a resource person for members and partners.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Commercial Management (F&I)

  • Assist with credit file processing during peak periods and support the team.
  • Present financing options, leasing, and protection products to clients.
  • Prepare, analyze, and process conventional and specialized credit files.
  • Work with financial institutions to obtain the best approvals.
  • Maximize transaction profitability while maintaining an impeccable customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of administrative files; follow up with clients and lenders.
  • Work closely with sales teams and adhere to financial institutions' policies.

Profile sought

  • Mandatory experience in auto financing or as an F&I sales director.
  • Experience in business development, service management, or growth.
  • Good knowledge of specialized credit files and credit rebuilding.
  • Ability to develop and maintain lasting business relationships.
  • Leadership, initiative, and strong results orientation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to analyze results and implement improvements.
  • Professionalism, autonomy, rigor, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Technical skills: proficiency with F&I tools (e.g., Dealertrack) and/or automotive industry software.

Skills and tools

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Software: Dealertrack – F&I; Car Dealers Software (or equivalents).
