Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the financial services department to ensure optimal performance.
- Design and implement financing strategies tailored to customer needs and optimize credit processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner financial institutions.
- Train and guide the team on best practices in auto financing and credit request processing.
- Monitor market trends and regulations to provide informed and compliant advice.
- Work closely with Sales and Service departments to maximize opportunities and financial results.
Profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of financing products and credit solutions.
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating initiative and leadership.
- Proficiency in French; English is a plus.

Required Experience
- 1 year of experience as a Financial Services Director.
