Commercial Director – Financing and Insurance (F&I) Automotive

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Commercial Director to assist our clients with their financing and insurance decisions, while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and clearly explain financing and insurance options.
• Obtain and negotiate financing with approved lenders, respecting legal and regulatory requirements.
• Propose and describe warranty extensions and insurance products, as well as value-added services.
• Process financial documents accurately and ensure the smooth progression of files.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet commercial objectives.
• Manage credit applications, verify information, collect deposits, and issue receipts.
• Follow up with and retain customers post-transaction.

Profile Sought

• Desired experience: 2 years in a similar F&I role (preferred).
• Good knowledge of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial products in an accessible way.
• Rigor, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., CDK Global).
• Advanced proficiency in French and English.
