Job Description

You will assist our clients in completing their purchase or lease projects and serve as the expert reference in financing and protection solutions. Your role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty among a demanding clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on financing, leasing, and insurance options tailored to clients' needs.
• Present extended warranties and Volvo aesthetic and mechanical protection programs.
• Manage credit files: collecting and verifying requests, following up with financial institutions, and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Ensure an exemplary customer experience: brand ambassador, explaining manufacturer policies, and building a lasting trust.
• Administrative management: processing documents, signatures, withdrawals, and payment follow-up.
• Business development: prospecting and following up with clients, growing the F&I portfolio.

Profile Sought

• Experience: at least 3 years in financial services management (F&I) within a car dealership; experience in luxury is appreciated.
• Skills: excellent sales and negotiation abilities, administrative rigor, and team spirit.
• Tools: knowledge of PBS and Activix software is a plus; proficiency in the Google Suite.
• License: valid driver’s license.
• Languages: mastery of French and English (essential to serve a diverse clientele).
• Specific knowledge: understanding of F&I product ranges and, where applicable, LGM solutions is an advantage.
