Sales Manager – F&I (Finance and Insurance)
We are seeking a motivated and diligent F&I Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. You will guide customers in their financing and insurance choices and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present financing and insurance options clearly and tailored to the customer's needs.
- Obtain financing from approved lenders and negotiate the terms.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Offer and explain warranty extensions, insurance products, and value-added services.
- Handle financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales staff to optimize customer satisfaction and sales results.
Profile
- Proven experience in F&I, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Solid knowledge of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial products for clients.
- Attention to detail, excellent organization, and rigor.
- Proficiency with relevant software and systems (CRM and financing tools).
