Job Description
Director of Automotive Financial Services – Montreal
We are seeking a Director of Automotive Financial Services to join a dynamic team and help optimize the financial processes related to the sale and rental of vehicles, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate sales and lease forms
- Business development and prospecting
- Manage the transmission and signatures of documents
- Manage payments and recording of transactions
- Obtain and verify credit applications
- Collect down payments and issue receipts
- Review and validate sales contracts
- Telephone and email prospecting
- Customer follow-up and after-sales service
- Verify and collect financing and insurance fees
- Manage vehicle financing and leasing in accordance with the standards of financial institutions
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Director of Financial Services (automotive sector or equivalent)
- Results-oriented, rigorous, and customer service oriented
- Ability to coordinate financial processes and work in a team
