Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at maximizing revenue from financial services.
• Lead, train, and supervise the team, ensuring compliance with procedures and financing policies.
• Analyze financial performance, produce regular reports, and present results to management.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions to facilitate financing options.
• Ensure operational compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to propose customized financing solutions and optimize the customer experience.
• Oversee credit, leasing, and financing processes in accordance with internal and external standards.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage multiple files simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing products and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mind, proactive, results-oriented, with a strong customer service sense.
• Proficiency in computer tools and financial systems (see tools below).

• Tools: SERTI (Administration), Activix (CRM)
• Mastery of sales, financing, and leasing processes
• Good knowledge of sector standards and regulatory obligations
