Commercial Director – Financing & Insurance (F&I)

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Director – Financing and Insurance (F&I), capable of leading a team to provide a smooth and exemplary customer experience.

About the position

As the guarantor of the F&I activity, you will guide clients in their financing and insurance choices while optimizing departmental processes and results.

• Clearly present and explain financing and insurance options.
• Obtain financing from authorized lenders and negotiate conditions in the best interest of the client and the company.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Propose and present warranty extensions, insurance products, and value-added services.
• Process financial files accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper document management.
• Work closely with sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and departmental performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop the F&I team; ensure effective operational planning and organization.

Profile sought

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in a similar F&I role (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products for clients.
• Attention to detail and impeccable organization.
• Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., SERTI, Activix CRM or equivalents).
