Lead and optimize the financial services department, ensuring competitive financing solutions and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the performance of the financial services department.
- Design and implement financing programs tailored to customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions.
- Train and develop the team on best practices in auto financing and credit request handling.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements, ensure compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to optimize financial results and customer experience.
- Oversee credit approval processes and management of financial files.
- Ensure document accuracy and optimize payment and financing workflows.
Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in financing products and auto credit solutions.
- Leadership, teamwork spirit, and ability to motivate and develop a team.
