Credit Analyst - Ville-Marie Kia (Montreal)

Ville-Marie Kia is seeking a meticulous and customer service-oriented credit analyst to support the sales team in analyzing and processing financing requests. You will play a key role in the customer experience by ensuring quick, accurate, and professional handling of files, in collaboration with financial institutions and various dealership departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit files and evaluate the proposed financing options.
• Prepare and submit applications to financial institutions.
• Track approvals and financing conditions.
• Collaborate with sales advisors and sales managers to propose the best solutions for clients.
• Verify the accuracy and compliance of documents.
• Maintain complete files in accordance with lender requirements.
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis, financing, or administration (experience in the automotive sector is an asset).
• Good knowledge of financing products and lenders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong rigor and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of dealership software (Serti, Activix, Merlin or similar) is an asset.
