Desired Profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (auto financing/sales)
• Dynamic, professional, and excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Functional English (an asset)
• Rigor, discretion, and team spirit
• Ability to work in a results-driven and business development environment
• Customer service orientation, sales skills

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently complete sales and leasing forms
• Business development and prospecting
• Delivery of documents and management of signatures
• Payment management during transactions
• Obtain and verify credit applications
• Collect deposits and issue receipts
• Review sales contracts
• Make outbound calls and emails for prospecting
• Client follow-up and loyalty
• Ensure financing and insurance fees are deducted
• Manage vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institution standards
