Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate auto loan applications, determine eligibility and conditions.
• Verify documents (income, employment history, IDs, bank statements, etc.) and ensure information accuracy.
• Assess risk and perform creditworthiness analyses based on credit reports and internal resources.
• Prepare and present tailored financing offers (interest rates, terms, insurance options).
• Negotiate conditions with clients and financial institutions in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and quick file closures.
• Ensure compliance and maintain complete, up-to-date records in credit management systems (CRM and internal tools).
• Monitor balances, payments, and potential delays, and suggest appropriate actions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of credit processes and share best practices with the team.

Profile Sought

• At least 1 year of experience in financing or credit processing, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of auto financing products, underwriting mechanisms, and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information and credit reports.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Customer service orientation, team spirit, and ability to advise and assist clients with their financing options.
• Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office) and credit management/CRM systems.
• Rigor, discretion, and respect for deadlines and procedures.
• Education: Higher education diploma in finance, administration, economics, or a related field; relevant experience may compensate.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work according to operational needs.
