About the position

• Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead financial activities and customer financing
• Sell and promote products and warranties
• Establish and maintain a trustful relationship with clients
• Explain features and benefits of the offered deals
• Negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions
• Ensure proper documentation and administrative compliance (financial documents)
• Communicate information effectively, both orally and in writing
• Listen, ask the right questions, and understand clients' needs
• Convey vehicle, delivery, or other related information accurately
• Work closely with the delivery and accounting departments

Skills and qualifications

• Degree as a Financial Director or equivalent
• Minimum experience as a Director of Financial Services
• Aptitude for sales and customer service
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), intermediate-advanced level
  • Ability to communicate with both French-speaking and significant English-speaking clients
• Knowledge of DealerTrack, DeskIt, RouteOne software
