Financial Services Manager (F&I Manager) – MEGA KIA BROSSARD

Responsibilities

• Propose and coordinate complementary financial products and services (financing, insurance, leasing)
• Coordinate financing and delivery of sold vehicles
• Supervise administrative processes related to sales and leasing
• Develop business and follow up with clients
• Prepare and verify sales and leasing documents, obtain signatures
• Ensure contract compliance and adherence to financial institution standards
• Manage payments, deposits, and receipts
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to optimize opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Director or Financial Services Manager (references required)
• Ability to learn quickly and strong customer service and performance orientation
• Available to work one Saturday every two weeks
• Pre-employment screening completed before hire
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to lead internal training
