At Action Grenier Autogroupe, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and motivated Chief Financial Officer to join an engaged team. In this strategic role, you will manage, optimize, and develop all financial activities of the dealership while ensuring a high-level customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to propose financing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Train, supervise, and support staff on financial products and best sales practices.
• Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management (trends, improvement opportunities).
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing options.

Desired Profile

• At least two years of experience in financial services or sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, capable of motivating, coaching, and developing talent.

Compensation and Benefits
