Job Mission

Ensure the impeccable aesthetic and presentation of workshop vehicles, including luxury cars, by performing aesthetic operations with meticulousness and precision to meet the high standards of our clients and team.

Main Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior washing, detailing, and aesthetic treatments performed with a high level of precision
• Buffering/polishing surfaces for flawless finishes
• Applying ceramic coatings and other protective treatments according to procedures
• Cosmetic color touch-ups and coordination with bodywork/paint if necessary
• Vehicle inspections to identify defects and communicating discrepancies to the supervisor
• Maintaining a clean workspace and organizing tools and products according to safety standards
• Collaborating with other departments to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
• Careful handling of vehicles, especially high-value or vehicles with specific requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar automotive aesthetic role
• Mastery of buffering/polishing, applying ceramic coatings, and performing color touch-ups
• Excellent attention to detail, precision, and quality consciousness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to safety procedures
• Knowledge of automotive aesthetic products and tools and proper usage
