Capitale Chrysler Quebec, a member of Groupe Laplante Auto and located in Quebec City, Quebec, is seeking a Detailer / Car Washer to join a dynamic team focused on customer service.

Job Description You will ensure the washing, detailing, and aesthetic maintenance of vehicles, both interior and exterior. You will prepare vehicles for deliveries and after-sales service, in collaboration with the Service and Sales teams, while respecting safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash the exterior and clean the interior of vehicles (vacuuming, surface cleaning, mats and seats), perform minor aesthetic touch-ups, and apply appropriate maintenance products.
• Perform simple detailing services and aesthetic treatments in accordance with company standards.
• Use and maintain the automated car wash machine and professional tools.
• Inspect vehicles for damages or deterioration and report to the relevant team.
• Keep the washing area clean, organized, and safe; adhere to environmental procedures and standards.
• Provide quality customer service, answer simple questions politely, and contribute to a positive experience for customers.
• Move vehicles between departments as needed.
• Recondition used vehicles when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Beginners accepted; no prior experience required.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and team spirit.
• Ability to quickly learn the operation of the washing machine and detailing products.
• Availability to work on a 4-day schedule.
