Automotive Detailer – Aesthetics and Finishing

Reporting to the Service Department, you ensure the vehicles are delivered according to the highest standards of visual quality before resale or delivery. You contribute to providing impeccable aesthetic finishing and a first-class customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Complete aesthetic preparation of vehicles (interior and exterior washing, carpet shampooing, leather treatment, paint decontamination).
• Minor finishing and correction of the bodywork (light polishing, waxing, removal of micro-scratches).
• Visual inspection and pre-delivery verification (tire pressure, fluid levels, windshield washer, presence of manuals and duplicate keys) and reporting any anomalies to the mechanical department.
• Installation of basic accessories (aesthetic protections, original mats, license plates, dealer stickers).
• Site management and logistics (safe movement of vehicles on the premises and maintaining a clean workspace).

Profile Sought

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in automotive aesthetics or vehicle preparation (major asset).
• Attention to detail and quality of finishing in accordance with dealership standards.
• Legal requirement: valid Class 5 driver’s license (mandatory for moving vehicles).
• Reliability and team spirit: punctuality, rigor and ability to work at a steady pace.
• Personal qualities: organization, sense of responsibility, analytical mindset.
