Esthetician / Car Washer
The St-Jean Group, a local player based in Joliette, is seeking a passionate Esthetician and Car Washer to join the Joliette Ford Lincoln team. You will be one of the faces of the dealership and contribute to providing a positive and memorable first impression for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Wash and detail the exterior and interior of vehicles according to high-quality standards.
- Inspect vehicles for potential damages and report maintenance needs to supervision.
- Apply aesthetic treatments (waxing, paint treatments, anti-rust treatments) and prepare surfaces for delivery.
- Move vehicles between departments and ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.
- Perform interior and exterior washes and carry out light polishing when necessary.
- Offer a professional and warm customer experience and collaborate with the team to optimize operations.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive or vehicle aesthetics.
- Attention to detail and passion for quality work.
- Ability to work independently while being collaborative within a team.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability according to dealership hours.
