Automotive Detailer – Land Rover Brossard
Are you passionate about automobiles and pay great attention to craftsmanship? Land Rover Brossard is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join its team and help provide an impeccable customer experience.
Job Mission
Prepare and enhance vehicles by applying aesthetic treatments specified in the estimate or according to management's instructions, while ensuring the cleanliness and care of equipment and workspaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash the exterior and clean the interior and exterior windows; wipe down seals and surfaces.
- Apply wax to the bodywork and polish surfaces with non-abrasive products.
- Vacuum and clean the interior (seats, upholstery, carpets) with appropriate products.
- Apply revitalizers and treatments on interior surfaces (vinyl, leather) and treat fabrics against stains.
- Clean the engine and engine compartment using dedicated equipment and products.
- Use specific cleaners to remove stubborn dirt.
- Inspect vehicles for visible defects (dents, scratches, tears on upholstery).
- Wear personal protective equipment and handle hazardous products safely.
- Prepare tires and sidewalls; check stickers on windows and remove unnecessary stickers.
- Remove snow and move vehicles within the dealership premises; maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop.
- Use tools and equipment carefully.
Desired Profile
- Valid driver’s license.
- Desired qualities: sense of responsibility, analytical mind, rigor, productivity, attention to detail, ability to work in a team.
- Experience in automotive detailing or professional cleaning is an asset.
