Job Offer: Automotive Esthetic Technician — Boucherville

We are looking for a passionate and meticulous Automotive Esthetic Technician to join our team and contribute to customer satisfaction.

About the position

• Location: Boucherville, Quebec
• Type of employment: Full-time, permanent
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; overtime possible
• Salary: starting at $24.02/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
• Apply aesthetic treatments suitable for vehicle preparation (polishing, waxing, revitalizers, textile and leather protections)
• Adhere to descriptive quotes and planned execution times
• Ensure the cleaning of upholstery, mats, and various surfaces
• Use non-abrasive products and ensure a flawless finish
• Control quality and prepare vehicles for delivery or handover to the client

Candidate Profile

• Experience in automotive esthetics preferred (1 year ideally)
• Attention to detail, speed, and precision in task execution
• Knowledge of automotive aesthetics products and techniques, including surface treatments and protections
• Ability to adhere to quotes and deadlines
• Team spirit, autonomy, and good time management
• Valid driver's license and full-time availability
• Assets: training or experience in anti-rust application and/or willingness to train

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• Washing techniques, light polishing, and waxing
• Surface treatments for vinyl, leather, and fabrics
• Safe and appropriate use of automotive aesthetic products
• Ability to maintain an organized and clean work station
