Automotive Aesthetic Technician — Full-time, permanent

About the position

We are looking for an Automotive Aesthetic Technician to join our workshop in Boucherville. You will contribute to the aesthetically impeccable preparation of vehicles and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure quality service
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles
• Prepare and apply suitable aesthetic treatments
• Respect the estimates and scheduled tasks
• Wash the upholstery, carpets, and surfaces; apply wax and perform polishing with non-abrasive products
• Vacuum and clean interior surfaces
• Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to interior surfaces (vinyl, leather) and treat fabrics with stain-resistant products
• Ensure tools are organized and safety and quality procedures are followed

Skills and experience required

• DEP training or equivalent in automotive aesthetics (practical training appreciated)
• About 1 year of experience in automotive aesthetics preferred
• Knowledge of maintenance products and detailing techniques
• Rigor, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and team spirit
• Ability to meet deadlines and work according to standardized procedures
