Ste-Marie Automobiles, dealer of Ste-Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, is seeking a dedicated chauffeur-valet for after-sales service to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.

Job Description You are the ambassador of our after-sales service, responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles and their occupants between designated areas and workshops, while providing a warm welcome to customers. You will actively contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicle presentation, adherence to internal procedures, and coordination with the service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet after-sales customers courteously and professionally.
- Move customer vehicles between service areas, workshops, and parking spaces, respecting safety rules.
- Assist with vehicle transfers and check vehicle condition before and after services.
- Maintain the exterior appearance of vehicles during movements and upon return.
- Relay customer needs to the service team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Provide logistical support to the after-sales service (organizing, transporting small items, etc.) as needed.
- Comply with safety procedures, quality standards, and GM standards.
Desired Profile
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Experience: no prior experience required; full training provided on-site.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, team spirit, and attention to detail.
