About the position

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Driver - Valet to join our team. You will greet clients, safely move vehicles, and contribute to a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients politely and professionally; guide them to the appropriate services.
• Drive and park customer vehicles according to procedures and safety rules.
• Transfer vehicles between departments (reception, service, sales) and prepare them for test drives or delivery.
• Perform quick visual inspections upon arrival and departure of vehicles; report any damage or anomalies.
• Keep reception areas, parking zones, and workspaces clean and secure.
• Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Apply internal policies and road safety protocols.
• Represent Subaru Metropolitan professionally and help maintain a positive brand image.

Profile and skills

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Fluent in French; functional knowledge of English is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and neat appearance.
• Good physical condition; ability to drive and park vehicles of various sizes.
• Reliability, punctuality, team spirit; availability for variable hours (including evenings and weekends).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
• Manual driving experience: preferred but not mandatory.
