Chauffeur - Valet (Toyota) – Plateau-Mont-Royal, Montreal

Chassé Toyota, an iconic dealership established in Montreal since 1926, is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Chauffeur - Valet. No prior experience required; training provided on-site.

About the position:

• No previous experience necessary; internal on-site training provided.
• Mission: provide quality valet and shuttle services, in collaboration with the service and customer teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Greet clients courteously and assist them with their movements; provide valet and shuttle services.
• Safely move vehicles between parking areas, service zones, and pickup points according to internal procedures.
• Transport clients to desired areas (showroom, service, Mont-Royal metro station) and ensure their comfort.
• Conduct a quick check of vehicles upon deposit or pickup and report any damage or anomalies.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the valet and pickup zones; contribute to an impeccable customer experience.
• Collaborate with after-sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Strictly adhere to safety instructions, Toyota protocols, and hygiene and safety standards.

Candidates:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• No prior experience needed; training provided internally.
• Availability and flexibility with schedules; ability to work in a team and handle dynamic situations.
• Excellent customer service skills; neat appearance; good interpersonal skills.
• Good physical condition (ability to stand, perform repetitive movements, and lift light objects).
• Bilingual French-English is an asset; willing to learn and grow within the team.
