Experienced Driver – Valet (Land Rover Brossard)

We are seeking an experienced Driver – Valet to join Land Rover Brossard and provide a premium customer experience around Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery vehicles. Based in Brossard, you will help create a smooth and professional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers courteously; ensure an impeccable customer experience.
• Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles with caution and professionalism; handle test drives and transfers between dealership areas.
• Quickly verify the condition of vehicles before departure and after return (cleanliness, visual checks, any issues) and report any observations to the appropriate department.
• Keep parking areas and waiting zones clean and organized; present vehicles neatly at all times.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading light objects and facilitate the use of equipment related to the shopping or service experience.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure a consistent and safe experience.
• Strictly adhere to safety policies, confidentiality, and the Land Rover brand image.

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (driver, valet, customer service), ideally in the automotive sector.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record; strong road safety awareness.
• Excellent appearance and service-oriented attitude; fluent in French; English preferred.
• Availability to work during weekdays; flexible according to operational needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Team spirit, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail; ability to quickly adapt in a premium environment.
• Basic knowledge of quick maintenance and vehicle inspection (a plus).
