As a Floor Director, you play a central role at Longueuil Mazda. You will oversee our sales operations and ensure exceptional customer service. You will lead a dynamic team, optimize our sales performance, and create memorable interactions with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Motivate and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue.
• Market Analysis: Review trends and performance to adjust practices and maximize opportunities.
• Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the purchasing process.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and after-sales service teams to enhance the offering.
• Inventory Management: Ensure optimal availability of vehicles on the showroom floor.
• Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Management Skills: Strong leadership and proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
• Passion for Automobiles: In-depth knowledge of Mazda vehicles is a major plus.
• Results Orientation: Proactive motivation with a keen sensitivity to customer needs.
