• Participate in managing the used car sales department and meet sales targets.

• Train and coach the sales team to maximize performance and team spirit.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the used vehicle inventory.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration and collective success.
• Supervise the daily operations of the department.
