Specialist in Used Vehicle Delivery – Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard (Saint-Léonard Group)

Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard, a member of the Saint-Léonard Group, is looking for a dynamic and meticulous Used Vehicle Delivery Specialist. This role ensures an exceptional customer experience and guarantees a smooth transition between sales and accounting.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the entire delivery cycle: logistical and administrative preparation.
• Deliver vehicles to customers professionally; introduce the vehicle and explain basic features; answer customer questions.
• Prepare the vehicle before delivery (washing, accessories, paperwork) and ensure everything is ready for the customer's arrival.
• Schedule and confirm delivery appointments; communicate required documents and procedures.
• Track sold vehicles prior to actual delivery; open and monitor work orders related to the delivery; compile complete delivery files.
• Prepare and send documents to financial institutions for financing and disbursements; monitor disbursements and missing documents after delivery.
• Submit complete and compliant files to the accounting department; maintain tracking files (Excel) and delivery logs (payment statuses, profit, etc.).
• Manage check requests and prepare files for accounting.

Profile

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to produce 100% complete files.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; effective communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written; English is an asset.
• Class 5 driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit.
• Minimum experience: 1 year in delivery coordination or similar position.
