Vehicle Delivery Coordinator – Full Time

Join St-Jérôme Chevrolet Buick GMC, powered by Léveillé, and help provide an exceptional customer experience during vehicle delivery. You will prepare sales files, suggest relevant accessories, and ensure the delivery of cars to our new customers.

Your Missions

• Welcome the customer on delivery day with professionalism and deliver the vehicle in optimal condition.
• Present and deliver the vehicle, explaining interior and exterior options, and demonstrating how the equipment works.
• Carefully prepare each sales file to ensure clarity and quick signing.
• Offer and sell relevant additional accessories and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Configure the vehicle systems (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, GPS, etc.) and ensure a confident handling.
• Accompany the customer during the signing of sales documents and handle questions with tact and responsiveness.
• Manage returns or dissatisfaction calmly and refer to the salesperson or manager if necessary.
• Ensure the transfer of documents and vehicle handover according to internal procedures.

Profile Sought

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in a similar role (sales, customer loyalty or relations) and ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Negotiation skills and comfort with numbers.
• Team spirit and a positive attitude.
• Functional English is an asset to serve a diverse clientele.
