The position

As Delivery Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact between customers, Sales and Service, ensuring a smooth transition and an impeccable customer experience during vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles, ensuring each vehicle is ready, clean and compliant with manufacturer standards.
• Prepare and have delivery documents signed, verify the accuracy of information, and ensure the effective transfer of responsibilities to the customer.
• Describe the vehicle’s functions, technologies, options, warranties and driver-assistance features in order to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a smooth transition and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Respect internal procedures and manufacturer requirements, while offering a friendly and professional approach.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and propose improvements to optimize the process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify technical information and calmly respond to customer questions.
• Team spirit and proven reliability.
• Availability on Saturdays; flexible hours according to operational needs.
