Saint-Jean Hyundai, a renovated dealership and specialist in used vehicles on the South Shore of Montreal, is looking for a passionate Delivery Coordinator who values customer service and automobiles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles, ensuring logistics, adherence to deadlines, and a smooth customer experience.
• Complete sales documents and transfer of ownership; obtain the necessary signatures.
• Present and explain in detail the functions, features, and operation of the vehicle during delivery; answer customer questions.
• Verify that all delivery-related items (keys, manuals, accessories, documents) are complete and handed over to the customer.
• Collaborate with the sales, service, and financing teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Manage appointments and follow-up with clients.

Profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to simplify technical information and adapt communication to the customer.
• Organized, rigorous, and efficient time management.
• Proficient with computer tools and CRM systems.
• No experience required: beginners are welcome.
• Valid driver's license.
