Delivery coordinator

Position Available: Delivery Associate and Inventory Manager

Join our auto dealership and help provide an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering vehicles while managing the inventory of new and used vehicles to optimize availability and rotation.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for delivery: pre-delivery inspection, verification of legal documents, and signatures.
• Welcome customers during delivery, demonstrate features, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers on products offered by the finance director.
• Manage the entry and exit of vehicles from the lot: registration, labeling, and posting (taking photos of new arrivals).
• Regularly update the inventory.
• Coordinate transfers between branches, maintenance appointments, and external transportation.
• Supervise the condition and maintenance of the fleet (bodywork, inspections).
• Collaborate with sales managers, after-sales service, and administration to optimize processes.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred experience: 1–3 years in car dealership, logistics, or inventory management.
• Organizational skills, rigor, attention to detail; excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools: SAAQclic, Activix, DealerTrack; ability to learn inventory management software.
• Knowledge of PBS system is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.

Conditions and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $23 – $25/hour, depending on experience.
• Additional compensation: delivery bonuses and commissions on products sold during follow-up.

• Delivering and explaining sold vehicles, managing payments during transactions.
• Taking photos of vehicles for the web, scheduling appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Support to the Used Vehicle Department Manager and administrative tasks.
