Desjardins Ford Auto Collection is seeking a New Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join their dynamic and customer-oriented team. If you are organized, meticulous, and prioritize exemplary customer service, this position is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for delivery (visual inspection and documentation check)
• Warmly welcome customers during the handover of their new vehicle
• Clearly and professionally explain the features and operation of equipment
• Connect manufacturer applications and customers' mobile devices (coordinate screens and vehicle settings)
• Verify that all delivery documents are completed and signed correctly
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with sales advisors, finance managers, and after-sales service for smooth coordination
• Keep customer records up to date in the internal system

Additional Responsibilities (Occasional)

• Follow-up on parts returns requested by manufacturers
• Open and close work orders
• Prepare and submit manufacturer warranty claims
• Track warranties and related interventions

Desired Profile

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Comfortable with technology and digital tools
• Organized, methodical, and capable of managing multiple deliveries per day
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, days and evenings
