Delivery Associate – Grenier Chrysler Montreal East

Grenier Chrysler Montreal East is seeking a passionate Delivery Associate committed to customer service to join our dealership. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience during vehicle delivery and contribute to the smooth functioning of the team’s activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery files and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after delivery.
• Manage disbursements and payments associated with files.
• Oversee the preparation of sold vehicles: verify the installation and proper functioning of all options ( tinted windows, branding, mats, etc.).
• Ensure that any element requiring installation is correctly scheduled and completed.
• Check that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner’s manual, accessories, etc.).
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and inform clients of the process steps.
• Introduce clients to key team members (management and technical advisor).
• Deliver the vehicle and explain its features, manufacturer’s warranty, and services offered by the dealership.
• Quickly address customer issues or complaints and escalate to the sales manager if necessary.
• Participate in follow-up and reminder activities to foster customer loyalty.
• Contribute to various customer service-related files and support sales managers as needed.
• Perform any other related tasks as directed by management.

Profile

• Professional attitude and neat appearance.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and organized.
