We are hiring an Automobile Delivery Coordinator to join our sales team. You will ensure vehicle delivery and follow-up on associated files, while providing quality customer service.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver sold vehicles and demonstrate their features to customers.
• Track credit application progress and ensure document accuracy.
• Prepare and verify documents during deliveries (signatures, archiving).
• Organize, enter, and manage administrative files.
• Schedule and organize customer appointments and follow up after delivery.
• Support sales managers (new and used vehicles) in operational activities.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to delivery.
• Propose and sell complementary products and services when appropriate.

Desired Profile

• Experience in delivery or the automotive field is an asset.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Rigorous, customer service-oriented, resourceful, and precise.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; relevant experience will be considered.
