Mission Ensure an exceptional customer experience during vehicle delivery by managing documentation preparation, explaining documents, and rigorously following up on files.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome the customer and complete the necessary documents for vehicle delivery.
• Prepare, verify, and organize customer files according to established procedures; ensure their completeness and accuracy.
• Explain the presented documents and ensure the customer’s understanding.
• Respond professionally and courteously to customer questions; provide exemplary customer service.
• Follow up on files, appointments, and delivery schedules.
• Move vehicles as needed by the department; deliver documents and obtain necessary signatures.
• Explain the operation of the delivered vehicles and follow up on the customer relationship after delivery.

Profile Sought

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), intermediate to advanced level; ability to serve both French- and English-speaking customers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery coordination at a car dealership.
• Excellent stress and priority management; strong customer service skills.
• Sociable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Autonomous, meticulous, and detail-oriented; proficient with IT tools and systems used in dealerships.
