Customer Experience Specialist - Vehicle Delivery

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer files and verify that everything is ready for delivery
• Confirm appointments and ensure impeccable follow-up
• Deliver vehicles (new and used) and explain all features and technologies
• Present after-sales service and schedule the first service appointment
• Follow up on financial products and accessories
• Answer customer questions and ensure a 100% satisfying experience
• Manage vehicle registration (e.g., administrative procedures) and collect final fees
• Ensure post-delivery satisfaction follow-up

Profile

• Passionate about customer service
• Ability to create an authentic connection with customers, both verbally and in person
• Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Experience in the automotive field is considered an asset but not mandatory
• Team spirit, dynamic, and motivated
• Open to joining a young and committed team
